Physical Books
Physical books may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in saleable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with details and photographs where possible. Replacement or refund will be offered.
Digital Books
Digital downloads are non-refundable once access or download has been provided, except where required by law.
Services
Professional editorial and production services are billed according to agreed scope. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
