Publishing Policy
Labi Books is a selective publisher. Submission does not guarantee publication. We do not charge authors for consideration, assessment, or publication.
Publishing agreements are issued on a title-by-title basis and specify rights granted, formats, territories, royalty structures, and reversion conditions.
Editorial Independence
Authors are responsible for the factual accuracy and legal integrity of their work. Editorial decisions are made in consultation with authors; however, final decisions regarding publication, presentation, and scheduling rest with Labi Books.
Copyright
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Authors retain copyright in their work
- Labi Books licenses the rights necessary to publish and distribute the work in specified formats and territories
Digital editions are sold without DRM. Unauthorised commercial redistribution or resale is prohibited.
Privacy Policy (Summary)
We collect only the personal data necessary to:
- Process orders and payments
- Deliver digital content
- Respond to enquiries and submissions
Customer data is never sold or shared, except with payment processors and service providers required to complete transactions.
